![]() DHCP relay not working USG Pro and Unifi switches Networking.Long story short, it seems that I was overthinking this and appreciate everyone's responses to help me troubleshoot this. As Sean mentioned it very well could be a firewall thing from group policy so I moved one of the three that dont resolve into the same OU of one of the seven that do resolve. The only part of it that doesn't add up is why when scanning from my computer on 10.88 to the 10.66 range why 7 out of 10 resolve. I didn't think of this at first as to me that would mean I would see all or none but I see some.Īgain well over my scope of knowledge but it is starting to make sense. I spoke to a co-worker and he says it might be because I dont have route to these other vlans. I just put Angry IP on a computer in 10.66 and it resolved all hostnames without a problem. However if I did follow, it made me think its not working because I am trying to scan 10.66 from 10.88. I also am not sure if I quite understand what you mean by scanning within local segment, etc. I dont exactly know what reverse lookup zones are to be honest but I scrolled through them and don't see of the computers/IP in question listed there either. We dont have any external DNS servers configured. ![]() I checked all 3 and they each have the missing hostname computer listed with the proper IP address. I ran IPconfig /all on one PC that resolves and one that doesn't and they both list the same 3 DNS servers. I've just freshly imaged 10 computers and 3 don't resolve hostnames in Angry IP. I've been using our sandbox (10.66) as a sample to test.
